Next CPE will be held at Railway Barat Ghar, Railway Station, Jind on 06.08.2017. Fees can be paid before 05.00 PM on 03.08.17 through online only Under any circumstance, Any Fees such as New Registration Fees, Renewal Fees or any other type of Fees, paid to Haryana State Pharmacy Council can’t be refundable. All Registered Pharmacists, who want to open / work in Jan AushadhiKendras under Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP), Kindly contact to HSPC Panchkula Dear Pharmacists Fees of Rs. 100/- (NONREFUNDABLE OR NONADJUSTABLE) for CPE Program will be accepted through online only All the pharmacists who want to get themselves registered with the Haryana State Pharmacy Council should apply online first (which is mandatory) and thereafter submit the Hard copies of their documents in the office of Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Panchkula. They can get their documents attested by anyone of eleven Members of the Council who are authorized to do so and thereafter there is no need to visit the HSPC office for the verification of their documents for New Registration only. For Renewal purpose, they can send the documents with self attestation. This system is effective from 01st Jan 2016. The Fees for New Registration is Rs. 5150/- for period of five years. Remove Demand Draft drawn from Gramin Bank will not be accepted. For Renewal of Registration Certificate , Applicant must submit Original Two CPE Certificates, Payment Slip, Two Photos with Online Application Form. It is for the information of General Public and Registered Pharmacists that Aadhar Card is mandatory for Renewal as well as New Registration. President will be available in HSPC Office on Monday , Wednesday & Friday only Audit Report till FY 2014-15 Renewal fees w.e.f 01.04.2016 All the pharmacists who have uploaded their documents for New Registration on www.hspc.in are advised to visit Haryana State Pharmacy Council, #49 Haripur, Behind State Bank of Patiala, Sector-4, Panchkula alongwith their all original documents on any working day for further action on the council’s end. Procedure for online Renewal of Registration


  1. Opt user login button on the site and enter user name (i.e. your reg. No.) and password (i.e. your Date of Birth)
  2. After successful login, click on the renewal of registration
  3. Fill the basic information on the online renewal of registration form and upload the requisite documents in PDF format (10th, 10+2, D.Pharm/B.Pharm/Pharm.D).
  4. After successful submission of basic information, candidate is required to verify his/her previously uploaded basic information and certificates uploaded earlier during application form submission.
  5. For Renewal you must have two(02) ORIGINAL Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) certificates obtained by attending two CPE programmes organized by HSPC Panchkula after 02nd June 2014 only
  6. Download payment challan and take printout of the same. Deposit the amount shown in challan in any of the Punjab National Bank Branch. Also, preserve the candidate copy with you.
  7. Download the undertaking letter after completion of the same, preserve it with you.
  8. Download the Form ‘L’ after completion of the same, preserve it with you. Form "L" for those candidates whose validity date already expired
  9. Upload the candidate copy of payment challan. Enter transaction no. (Form challan copy), amount deposited alongwith date of deposition of payment.
  10. Click on save and continue button
  11. Check your routine application progress report periodically and follow the instructioins given by HSPC online.
